Procurement AI Agent operates primarily as a desktop client. Local document files, indexing, and workspace configurations remain on your local machine. Requests sent to cloud AI services (e.g., Google Cloud AI / Gemini APIs) are encrypted in transit and used strictly to execute processing tasks—not to train public AI models.
