Terms of Service

By accessing, installing, or using the Procurement AI Agent application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Software License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Procurement AI Agent software for personal or commercial procurement workflows in accordance with these terms.

2. Third-Party API & Google Workspace Services

Procurement AI Agent integrates with third-party service providers, including Google APIs (Gmail API) and enterprise AI platforms (such as Anthropic Claude API) to automate procurement communications, manage labels, filter messages, and summarize emails.

• Google API Compliance: Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google Workspace API User Data and Developer Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
• Account Authentication: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your connected email accounts and OAuth access tokens.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the application.
• Use the service to transmit spam, unsolicited commercial emails, or unlawful or harmful communications.
• Bypass, interfere with, or disable any cloud API security limits or user permissions.
• Use the application to train or improve any generalized public machine learning or artificial intelligence models.

4. AI-Generated Content & User Responsibility

Procurement AI Agent utilizes AI models to generate email summaries and suggested communications. Automated outputs are provided for assistance only. You retain sole responsibility for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of any outgoing communications, contracts, or summaries before taking business actions based on AI outputs.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The application and services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operational availability, error-free API processing, or absolute accuracy of automated AI outputs.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Procurement AI Agent and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the application, including email delivery failures or business disruptions.

7. Termination & Account Cancellation

You may stop using the service at any time by revoking access in your Google Account security settings and deleting the application. We reserve the right to suspend access to our backend API infrastructure in cases of abuse or policy violations.
