1. Software License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Procurement AI Agent software for personal or business procurement workflows in accordance with these terms.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the software.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to process malicious content.
• Interfere with or bypass cloud API endpoints or security features.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software and services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operational availability or complete accuracy of automated AI outputs.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Procurement AI Agent and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the application.
